Because DrawlyPopTM figurines are deeply personalized, 100% bespoke creation based on your uploaded unique sketches or doodles, we cannot accept returns, cancellations, or refunds once the 3D-printing process has officially begun.
We are dedicated to preserving the authentic spirit and quirky soul of your original artwork rather than "correcting" it into a generic factory toy. Slight nuances between a 2D line and a 3D physical edge are a natural celebration of your unique imagination.

Your peace of mind is our absolute priority. While we pack each premium keepsake with maximum care inside custom protective gift boxes, cross-border transit can occasionally be unpredictable.
