1. Our Intellectual Property (Brand Protection)
All content included on this website—including but not limited to the DrawlyPopTM name, logos, website design, graphics, custom 3D conversion workflows, product titles, and marketing slogans—is the exclusive property of our brand and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our brand assets without prior written consent.
2. Your Intellectual Property (User-Generated Content)
We firmly believe that your imagination belongs to you.

Ownership: You retain 100% full copyright and ownership of any drawing, sketch, doodle, or digital art that you upload to DrawlyPop.

Limited Manufacturing License: By uploading your artwork, you grant DrawlyPop™ a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, limited license to store, process, and digitally convert your 2D lines into a 3D model, and to physically manufacture the custom product solely for your specific order.

Marketing Content Consent: We love showcasing the magical transformation from draw to reality! However, we will never use a physical photo of your custom figurine or your original sketch for our public marketing, social media, or website banners unless we have reached out and received your explicit, written permission first.
3. Third-Party Copyright Warranties
By uploading any artwork to our platform, you warrant and represent that you own the rights to the image or have sufficient authorization to replicate it. You agree not to upload characters, logos, or designs protected by third-party copyrights (e.g., Disney characters, commercial logos) without proper authorization. DrawlyPopTM assumes no liability for copyright infringements arising from user-uploaded materials.
