1. Eligibility & User Accounts
By using this site, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account details and ensuring that all information provided during checkout is accurate.
2. Customization & Order Acceptance
Because every order is a unique, bespoke 3D-printed item generated from your custom upload, order acceptance begins the moment payment is successfully processed. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if the uploaded content violates our safety or community standards (e.g., explicit, illegal, or highly offensive material).
3. Pricing & Payments
All prices listed on our store are in USD. We accept major credit cards and verified international payment gateways. Prices are subject to change without prior notice, but changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.
4. Limitation of Liability
DrawlyPopTM shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products, including but not limited to the misuse of small custom 3D figurines around unattended small children or pets.
